Ms. Synthia Padala is the visionary behind SERA Trust, leading the organization's mission to empower rural communities through sustainable development. Under her leadership, SERA Trust has adopted multiple village clusters in Andhra Pradesh, focusing on initiatives that promote livelihood opportunities and women's empowerment. Her dedication to social causes has been recognized with the Paul Harris Award for her impactful work in India.

In addition to her role at SERA Trust, Ms. Padala has been actively involved with the Rotary Club. She was inducted as a Rotarian, expressing her commitment to engaging in significant social impact work.

Ms. Padala also co-founded the Rotary Women of Impact (RWI) Awards and Fundraiser, an event that celebrates the achievements and contributions of women in various fields while raising funds for charitable causes supported by Rotary International. The inaugural event was a resounding success, honoring outstanding women who have made significant impacts in their communities through leadership, innovation, philanthropy, or advocacy.
